Embarking on a journey of cultivating a growth mindset has been a transformative experience for me. It's not always easy, but I've come to realise that having a growth-oriented outlook can significantly impact personal development and overall happiness.

It was eye-opening to recognise how often I limited myself with statements like, "I'm just not good at this" or "I'll never be able to do that."
